the protection of your personal data is a matter of great importance, and we take this responsibility very seriously. In the following privacy policy, we act as the “Controller.”
If you wish to book a stay with us, we offer you the convenient option of using our online booking mask or inquiry form. A time-saving online pre-check-in option is also available. By using these so-called “widgets,” you agree that all data you enter will be electronically transmitted to our company. Further details are explained below.
As already stated in the privacy policy on our homepage https://www.appartements-skifilzmoos.at/, widgets from the company zadego GmbH, Anton-Melzer-Straße 10, 6020 Innsbruck (hereinafter referred to as "easybooking") are implemented on these pages, and we would like to inform you about how your data is processed through easybooking when using the widgets.
1. General Information
To process your inquiry or booking, it is necessary to store and further process the data you provide.
The above-mentioned company (hereinafter referred to as the "Host") and zadego GmbH, Anton-Melzer-Straße 10, 6020 Innsbruck, office@easybooking.eu – FN 311496 h (hereinafter referred to as the "Management System") have a contractually regulated business relationship: the Host obtains its hotel management or booking software from the Management System. Both parties are hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Providers."
The data you provide is transferred to the Management System and to companies that have a business relationship with the Management System. This transfer particularly includes the above-mentioned Host and may also include tourism associations, registration authorities, payment providers, and other companies connected to the Management System and/or the Host.
The use of personal data by the Providers is governed by the applicable legal regulations and your consent to use your data.
2. Data Collection
As part of an inquiry or booking, you provide data necessary for the process. Typically, this includes your name, email address, and physical address, and may also include birth dates or other personal information. This data is collected only to the extent legally permitted and only with your consent and active participation. If consent is given electronically within the scope of the services, legal notice obligations are observed, and this consent is logged by appropriate technical systems.
3. Information Services of the Providers According to the Telecommunications Act
By acknowledging this privacy policy and actively confirming this acknowledgment, you give your consent under § 107 (2) of the Telecommunications Act 2003 that the Providers may send you information and promotional materials about their respective service offerings via email to the address you provided. You may revoke your consent at any time in writing by post or email to the Providers.
4. Consent to the Privacy Policy
You confirm that you have read and fully accept this privacy policy.
You agree that your personal data will be transmitted to the Management System so that, in addition to necessary emails related to the booking such as offer emails, reservation confirmations, payment confirmations, and booking confirmations, you may also receive additional services and information related to your stay (e.g. arrival information, offers such as travel insurance, local events, products, etc.).
The Providers may enrich the data you provide with additional data related to the inquiry/booking, further process, and transmit it. This may include the storage of booked additional services and the transfer of such information to external service providers (e.g., informing a bakery that you ordered a morning bread delivery), storing your special requests to improve service quality (e.g., if you request that service staff never enter your room in the morning, this will be stored and visible to the Host upon your next booking), and storage and exchange of guest reviews (e.g., the Host may label you as a particularly pleasant guest and inform you about special offers for VIP guests – this data may be exchanged between Hosts connected to the Management System and viewed under legitimate interest).
You may revoke your consent given in section 4.1 at any time in writing by post or email to the Providers.
5. Storage, Information on, and Deletion of Personal Data
To provide optimal service during your (future) booking, the Management System offers the Host the ability to store personal data long-term in a so-called guest directory.
The Providers are obliged to comply with applicable tax laws and must store and, upon request, disclose all booking/payment-related data to local authorities. The storage of personal data thus takes place at least for the legally mandated retention period.
You may request information at any time about the data stored about you. This request must be submitted in writing (by email or post).
You may also request the deletion of your data (with the exception of data defined in section 5.2, which is subject to the retention obligation) at any time. This deletion request must also be submitted in writing (by email or post) to the Providers. The Providers will confirm the deletion of your data with a deletion log.
